Whether you're looking for focused one-on-one work or want to move alongside others, I'll meet you where you are. Most of my clients train with me privately, but I love working with groups too. All of the offerings below can be tailored to either format.


RST: Rehabilitative Strength Training

Using a combination of Weights, Pilates, and the MELT Method, RST is a Gumption Wellness original. This efficient and effective neuromuscular strengthening program takes only 30 minutes a week, with clients seeing results in four to six weeks. The best part of the program is how effortlessly it will become part of your weekly routine.

MELT Method

The MELT Method is a self-treatment technique that helps people get out and stay out of chronic pain. When pain becomes chronic, the body’s natural state of stability and balance declines. When a body isn’t stable, it can’t be efficiently mobile. By learning how to MELT, you can learn to actively partake in decreasing stuck stress daily so it doesn’t accumulate and cause symptoms that sap your vitality and energy.

Pilates

It’s all about the core! Strengthen and lengthen your body while learning how to use your core to execute movements - both during the workout and during your everyday life.

Pre & Postnatal

Your body is doing something extraordinary. Pre and postnatal Pilates, strength training, and MELT meets you exactly where you are, supporting strength, stability, and comfort through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. Sessions focus on breath, pelvic floor connection, and safe core work, so you feel capable and cared for whether you're preparing for birth or finding your way back to your body after.

Retreats

Bring the mat to wherever the magic is happening. Whether you're hosting a wellness retreat, a bachelorette weekend, or a group getaway, Allison travels to lead daily Pilates sessions tailored to your group's energy and needs. Each class is designed to feel indulgent, not intimidating, so everyone from first-timers to seasoned practitioners leaves feeling strong, grounded, and a little taller.


Corporate Wellness Workshops

Sitting is the new smoking, but your team doesn't need a lecture. These interactive workshops give busy professionals practical tools to stay mobile, energized, and pain-free while working a desk job. From micro-movement breaks to posture resets and stress-relieving breathwork, each session is designed to fit into the workday and actually get used after the workshop ends.

Available virtually or in person. Perfect for lunch & learns, team offsites, or wellness weeks.
